Hi, I’m Heather — Founder & Business Architect at Creativity Conveying Concepts (C3).
C3 wasn’t created as a trend or a brand experiment. It was built as a continuation of lineage—how humans turn complexity into clarity, and pressure into a plan.
I’ve arrived here between two worlds: chaos and order, imagination and structure. I was born in Zephyrhills, Florida with my umbilical cord around my neck a month late—and instead of fearing that space, I enjoyed it and learned to master it. I became a watcher. A systems-thinker. The quiet observer studying people, patterns, cause-and-effect, and the small variables that create massive outcomes. While others escaped into entertainment, I disappeared into books, music, philosophy, science, mathematics, and ancient worlds—especially Egyptian and Greek frameworks—because meaning, symmetry, and method have always been my language.
I come from a long line of innovate lineage. Two grandfathers shaped the foundation of C3 in ways that still guide my work today. From my father’s side, I inherited an original 1887 pocket-size edition of Ropp’s Commercial Calculator—a portable blueprint built for real-world decisions under pressure. From my mother’s side, my grandfather Tony Gonzalez, an inventor and patent holder, proved the other half of the equation: that creativity, when structured correctly, becomes legacy.
That intersection is where C3 lives.
Professionally, I’ve built my career inside environments where clarity isn’t optional—operations, leadership, escalation resolution, risk awareness, and high-volume systems. I’ve led teams, managed complex workflows, handled sensitive customer and financial cases, negotiated solutions under strict compliance standards, supported large-scale reporting and data processes, and trained others to perform consistently under pressure. I’ve also worked hands-on in high-demand service settings—where execution, timing, and people skills aren’t theories… they’re survival.
C3 exists to teach what most people were never shown:
how to think in systems, how to measure what matters, how to align vision with execution, and how to build businesses—and lives—that last.
