Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement This Agreement is made between: Consultant: Creative Consulting Concepts All Potential Clients Effective Date: Immediately Purpose Both the Consultant and the Client may share confidential information with each other during their working relationship, including business plans, financial data, branding materials, strategies, and any other sensitive information ("Confidential Information"). Both parties agree to protect each other's Confidential Information. Confidentiality Both parties agree: Not to disclose any Confidential Information to anyone outside of their own organization without written permission from the other party. To use the Confidential Information only to perform the agreed services or fulfill their working relationship Exceptions This confidentiality obligation does not apply to: Information that is publicly available, Information received legally from a third party, Information that must be disclosed by law (with reasonable notice to the other party when possible). Duration This confidentiality agreement remains in effect during the working relationship and for 2 years after the relationship ends.
